My Philosophy

As a health and wellness coach with a unique focus on the spiritual dimensions of well-being, I empower individuals to discover and embrace their authentic selves, leading to profound personal transformations.

 

My approach is rooted in the belief that true health encompasses body, mind, and spirit. I blend traditional wellness coaching with intuitive spiritual insights, guiding my clients towards self-acceptance, inner peace, and holistic health. What sets me apart is my empathetic, intuitive, and personalized approach, ensuring that each client's journey is deeply transformative and aligned with their unique essence.

Why Health Coaching?

Most medical professionals simply don't have the time to sit with you, explore obstacles and create a plan to successfully meet your healthcare needs. A health coach partners with their clients to implement lifestyle changes to improve their overall health. 

I meet you where you are at, without judgment and I collaborate with you, every step of the way! 

 

The Process

In our first session, we will explore areas that you may want to work on and review any assessments you may have been provided. We'll discuss pathways to reach your goals and any potential barriers that may get in your way. But most importantly, this gives us a chance to get to know one another and to develop a unique coaching plan that fits your needs.

You can expect your initial coaching session to last 60-90 min.

After the initial session, we will meet for 30 minutes every week or two, depending on your objectives. I find that it's most beneficial to commit to 10-12 weeks.
